Our Recipes Cookbook (2021)
A cookbook I designed and illustrated for my boyfriend and I to keep all of our recipes in one place.
I created two templates in different visual styles since we both prefer different aesthetics. Mine has a lot of lacy elements, and my boyfriend's is more geometric. Both follow the same layout though, so it isn't difficult to copy recipes over once they've been transcribed.

For both templates, there are 7 versions with differing colors and illustrations to separate the recipes into type.

Finally, I ordered and assembled two mini binders with custom covers, and prints for all of the recipes. I also printed dividers on cardstock and used a laminating machine since they were wider than the page protectors I used for the recipe pages. It was a lot of work, but it's been a fun project for us as we continue to keep track of the new recipes we share. The templates are still accessible for both of us, so it's easy to fill in and print out new recipes as we go.
